Reservations:
Reservations are recommended in advance. Because we are a small
Inn, we ask that you notify us 14 days prior to your arrival
of any change or cancellation. We will gladly refund your deposit,
less a $25 processing fee, if we are able to fill the entire
vacancy caused by your cancellation.
Payment:
50% deposit upon making the reservation, balance upon arrival. Most major credit cards and
checks accepted. A 14 day cancellation policy applies.
Restrictions:
Smoking is allowed on the porch and in the garden. Small (under ten punds) pets
are allowed. Check-in time
is 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.
Breakfast:
Full hardy breakfast served each morning of your stay.

High Tea:
Afternoon tea served Tuesday through Friday. Two seatings at
1 p.m. or 3 p.m. .

Directions:
From Interstate 25: Exit at Paseo del Norte (Exit 282) and go west.
Pass over Coors Road on your way to Eagle Ranch Road. At Eagle
Ranch, turn south, go one block to All Saints, then turn east.
From Interstate 40: Take the Coors Road exit north to Paseo
del Norte.. At the Paseo del Norte interchange, turn west to
Paradise Hills. At Eagle Ranch Road turn south, go one block
to All Saints, then turn east.
